Excellent breakfast, great location for city centre sites, easy access to subway lines to see other neighborhoods, Brera was lovely neighbourhood to stay in with excellent restaurants close by. Staff at front desk were very helpful & friendly and had great recommendations too! Big bathroom and lived the robes too. Good sized room & upgraded to a room with good space, couch area too - stayed 4 nights & would recommend it to my friends!

Lovely staff. Lovely place. They have an amazing rooftop bar. Good atmosphere. Breakfast with a pianist and good food was unique.

Rooms small but well appointed, very comfortable beds, good shower. Nice having balcony looking on to central courtyard. Perfectly located for Duomo and La Scala; easy to get to by Metro from airport. Staff really excellent - went over and above to make us welcome. Good variety of food at breakfast - and live harp music.

The staff was adorable and really welcoming, which straight away makes a big difference when you arrive. The location is unbeatable, since you are really in the city center and at a walkable distance from everything really. Unfortunately I only staid for one night, so I did not really get to try everything, but the food from the room service was correct.

I was traveling with my elderly mother who was a handful as she was making several requests of the staff including changing our room. The hotel staff were so kind, always smiling and willing to help. The customer service was exceptional. If there is only one reason to return, its because of the staff. Everyone from the manager, reception staff, breakfast staff, bar staff, cleaners, bellman...everyone was exceptional. You know a hotel is run well, when you get this level of service consistently. I can't thank the hotel staff enough for helping me to ensure a comfortable stay at Hotel Milano Scala for my mother.

The location was far enough from the Duomo City Center not to be too touristy, but it was very close to everything and had some great stores and restaurants in the immediate area. The front desk team was very accommodating for getting taxis and providing information about things to do in the area, plus the service and team at breakfast were great and everything you needed for breakfast was included (the harp and music at breakfast were a nice add to make breakfast relaxing). The beds were very comfortable, the slippers were a nice touch and turn down service was spot on with completing everything while were out of the room and the room was extremely clean throughout our stay. I would say the shower/tub would be difficult to manage for the elderly, but the bathrooms were very nice, and the rain shower, hot water and water pressure was awesome after a long day of exploring Milan and getting ready in the morning. I would highly recommend this location and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice location, the main historic/ cultural attractions were like 5 minutes away. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was great too, there was something for sweet and savoury people.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast and fabulous cappuccino they made. The music at breakfast, no less than a harpist playing, was wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and very clean. As it was very hot while I was there I appreciated the sheet separate from the duvet. The rooftop dining area was great.

The perfect location close to all the sites we wanted to experience (especially a performance at La Scala Opera). The comfortable room was larger than we expected in the heart of Milan. The staff was very professional and caring - yet friendly. The live harp music at breakfast set the tone for the day.
